Our Story
With more than half a century’s success in residential and retirement village development, Coastal Properties and Senior Trust have come together to develop Orewa Sands Senior Living.
Brendan Coghlan from Coastal Properties has been a part of the Orewa community for over 50 years and is dedicated to protecting and improving Orewa for the future. Building communities in Orewa since 1989, Coghlan is renowned for his dedicated experience and quality workmanship in the construction industry. He is also an active member and sponsor of the Orewa Surf Life Saving community.
Senior Trust has been instrumental in funding and building the expansion of retirement villages throughout New Zealand, from Kerikeri to Clyde, since 1988. The team bring a depth of expertise and specialist sector knowledge.
